Art Month Ameland

Staying in the special world of a Wadden island and enjoying art. That's possible in November on Ameland!

In these inspiring surroundings seventy artists from Germany, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands exhibit their work on about thirty different places spread all over the island. The 'exhibition rooms' are for example churches, different kinds of galleries, museums, town halls and campsite farms. But also the scenery serves as a setting.

Besides exhibitions there are evening performances and workshops during the art month.

All exhibitions opened as part of the Art Month on Ameland are open from Tuesday to Sunday, some exhibitions are also open on Monday.
