Experience the silence, the space, and the power of dunes and sea.
For almost 10 years, I (Fokke Jansen) have been offering a unique combination of yoga, meditation, and nature experience on Ameland. With over 35 years of experience in yoga and meditation, and as an ambassador of the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea, I take you on a journey of movement, silence, and surroundings.
In recent years, many people have gone before you and have experienced this as special and valuable.
The experience consists of three parts:
- Walk through the dune landscape, with attention to nature and history
- Yoga and meditation in a quiet spot by the sea or in the dunes
- Relaxation exercise: simply lying down and doing nothing
The lessons are suitable for all levels, even if you have no experience with yoga. It’s all about attention, breath, and connection with nature.
Practical information:
- Duration: approx. 2 hours
- Location: in nature, exact place by consultation
- In case of bad weather, rescheduling or cancellation by consultation
- Cost: €35 per person
- Also suitable for team outings. For large groups, other times are possible by consultation.
