Description

Sustainable house de Wad'nParel is centrally located on Ameland in the village of Nes and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has its own entrance, driveway, garden and key safe.

The house has recently been completely preserved and furnished in a modern way. The electricity is generated by the 34 solar panels on the roof. The house and the water are heated by an air-water heat pump and solar collectors. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is very well thermally insulated. The house has no gas connection.

The attractive living room has a cozy oak table as the centerpiece. The seating area overlooks a 75-inch TV. Mobile phones and other devices can be charged in the self-designed 'charging cabinet'. On chilly days, the wood-burning stove provides extra warmth and cosiness. There is a games table for the children. WiFi is available.

The spacious modern open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, Quooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, with an oven and separate microwave oven and all kitchen utensils. Kitchen appliances: Airfryer, sandwich maker, hand blender, juicer, electric grill plates, waffle iron and bread maker.

The utility room has two washing machines and two tumble dryers. There is a toilet on the ground floor. The spacious hall has a cupboard full of books for all ages.

The 4 bedrooms on the first floor:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed, washbasin, mirror
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and home workplace.

The naturally fitted bathroom on the first floor has a bath, shower, toilet and two sinks.

The garden has a spacious terrace where you can eat comfortably or have a good conversation at the garden table. There is a second cozy terrace located under the pear tree and grape bush. Feel free to add your shells from the beach to the collection. Parking is possible in the driveway. There is a charging station for electric cars.

Heerlijk verblijf!

We waren met 5 vriendinnen in de leeftijd van 60 plus. We vinden het een superfijn compleet ingericht huis. Prima bedden. Alles superschoon! Ligging tov het dorp is ideaal. Rustig gelegen en slechts ruim 5 minuten lopen naar het gezellige centrum. Fijne ontvangst. Kortom, een echte aanrader.

Eine perfekte Woche in einem perfekten Haus.

Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche in diesem wunderbar eingerichteten Haus. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist sehr freundlich. Am liebsten mehr als 10 Punkte!

Mooi huis met grote keuken.

Het is een mooi huis, één minpunt en dat is de warmtepomp. Die maakt veel lawaai, soms ook in de nacht een urenlang sonoor gebrom.

Het is een ontzettend ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien! Super gastvrij, heel netjes in een rustige woonwijk en dichtbij goede voorzieningen! We komen zeker graag nog een keer terug!

We hebben ontzettend genoten. Een heel fijn huis! Alles, ja echt aan zit er in!

Er was bedlinnen, keukendoeken, washandjes en handdoeken aanwezig. Super! Ook twee wasmachines en drogers, dus alles zo weer uitgewassen, indien je meer nodig bent! Het was keurig schoon bij aankomst! Een heerlijk bad en douche. Er lagen zelfs badproducten! Het is vlakbij het centrum, op loopafstand. Buiten verschillende plekken om te zitten. De tuin is erg leuk ingericht met kruiden en fruit struiken. Genoeg keukenapparatuur om een heerlijk ontbijt te maken, wafelijzer, broodrooster, Panini ijzer, broodbakmachine..... Er is een deel kast waar je uit mag pakken en je overgebleven houdbare producten kan achter laten. Leuk concept!

Ein rundum perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Alles war sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Lage in Nes, zentral + ruhig gelegen zugleich, hervorragende Ausstattung im ganzen Haus + im Garten, sehr sauber + gemütlich, wir hatten eine gute Zeit!!!

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven

een heerlijke plek, zowel binnen als in de tuin. Een hartelijke ontvangst, het enige nadeel: de kinderen (12 en 9) wilden het huis eigenlijk niet uit :-) Volledig uitgeruste keuken, fijne woonkamer, boeken en spelletjes volop aanwezig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Prachtige woning voorzien van alle gemakken!

Prima vakantiewoning, schoon en afdoende groot om met een groep van maximaal 8 volwassenen te verblijven. Alles was aanwezig om er een leuke gezinsvakantie van te maken. Enige minpuntje waar wat organisatie voor nodig is met een groep, is dat er 1 badkamer is. Dat is ‘s morgens dringen met zijn allen. Contact met verhuurder was prima en zeer gastvrij ontvangst. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Niet voor de verhuurder maar algemeen: Moesten zoeken naar de bestemming. Er ontbreekt bij de beschrijving een route beschrijving van de veerpont naar het huis. Gemeente zou een stratenkaart/plattegrond kunnen ophangen in Nes Niet iedereen beschikt over een routeplanner.

Location

The Wad'nParel is near the bakery and supermarkets, cozy shops and eateries that also offer take-away options. It is a wonderful base for excursions in nature; beach, forest, dunes, mudflats, seal tour. It is close to museums, recreation area 'de Vleyen', climbing park and other available outdoor activities, such as horse riding and sand yachting. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy after an active day outside, or a nice place to work quietly and take a nice walk on the beach in the evening.

At Woning Wad'nParel, rental of bed linen is obligatory. Towels and kitchen linen are included in the price.

This accommodation is not rented to young people, the minimum age is 25 years. Because the Wad'nparel is located in the middle of a residential area, bachelor parties etc. are not allowed.
