What can you do with old Christmas trees? Throw them (away) of course, as far as possible!
On New Year's Eve, the annual Christmas tree throwing event takes place on the little green square in Ballum.
To participate, you pay a small amount per throw and there is no limit to the number of throws per person. If you are a winner, you will take home a trophy. Even without participating, a visit to the event is still a real happening.
