Or do you still want to buy that one souvenir that reminds you of that wonderful time on Ameland? You'll find it all in the VVV Ameland webshop. Click left for the different article groups. All you have to do is place an order. We do the rest, from packing to shipping.

If you would like to order something from the range that is not included in the webshop, please contact us on tel. 0031519-546546 or send an e-mail to: winkel@vvvameland.nl. You can also fill in our contact form. Within five working days of receiving your order (and payment), we will send you the items you ordered.

Prices
The prices of items in the online shop include VAT and exclude shipping costs. 

Large order
If you want to order a number of copies of one product, it is advisable to contact one of our staff members. This way, arrangements can be made regarding shipping costs.

Gift wrapping
The perfect present from Ameland should of course be beautifully wrapped! So let us wrap your order for only € 1 per item. We use a neutral type of wrapping paper. 
Note: if you choose to have the gift delivered to another address, the invoice will not be sent with the gift. You will receive the invoice by e-mail.

Shipping costs
We charge administration and shipping costs per order. The amount depends on the country the items have to be sent to. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Payment and delivery procedure
As soon as we have received the order, we will send you a confirmation and the total amount of the order by e-mail. Next, payment must be made, after which the items will be dispatched immediately. In principle, you can expect your order within a few working days. We will ship the order with PostNL. Please note that there may be a few days between dispatch and receipt, depending on the speed of PostNL.

Items not in stock
If one or more of the items ordered are out of stock or cannot be delivered for any other reason, we will notify you as soon as possible..

Complaints and liability
If you do not wish to accept a product for whatever reason, you have the right to dissolve the purchase within seven days, without giving reasons, and to return the product to VVV Ameland after delivery. Any costs for the return shipment will be at your own expense. Returns will only be accepted if the product packaging is undamaged and any seals on the packaging have not been broken.

Protection of data
VVV Ameland uses the personal details provided to carry out the order as quickly and properly as possible. We will handle the information provided with care. This information will not be made available to third parties.
