In the morning the sun shines into the 3-room apartment. You open the sliding door and have breakfast on the balcony! The herring gull waits for your sandwich and the dune rabbits run their rounds right in front of the hotel. A beautiful day is ahead of you...

The apartment is especially suitable for a family with children ; the children can go from the apartment in swimsuits through the corridor to the pool. There is a spacious master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a pleasant living room with open kitchen (the sofa bed in the living room offers two extra sleeping places).

For example, you can walk to the Green Beach from the apartment; a rugged area bursting with birds but where you will not encounter any chicken. Or walk to picturesque Hollum, which almost won the election of the most beautiful village in the Netherlands. The apartment complex Amelander Kaap (4 stars) is located on the most beautiful part of Ameland, close to the striking lighthouse (which can also be climbed). Watch the sun sink into the sea and then settle down at the lounge bar Sunset.

Swimming (free indoor pool), sauna, squash, outdoor tennis and golf (9-hole course), all possible during your stay. You can also use the bar/brasserie (with fireplace) and restaurant of the Fletcher hotel.

Beetje gedateerd helaas

Helaas moet ik toch een mindere recensie schrijven over dit appartement. Kort nadat ik het appartement had betreden en naar de wc moest zat daar nog een kleine opgedroogde vlek urine op en een haar. Verder is de badkamer erg gedateerd geen thermostaatkraan, kraan wastafel is niet te draaien, zit geen jaloezieën voor het badkamerraam, voegen zijn oud. Zelf zou ik nooit voor vloerbedekking kiezen in een appartement wat verhuurd wordt. Als je naar de bank loopt rammelt het vele servies in de kast onder de tv. Maar de bedden waren wel heerlijk om op te slapen! De vlekjes op het kussensloop zullen wel schone geweest zijn maar toch. Maar voor de rest is Ameland heerlijk, zal ik dit appartement nog een keer huren, zeer waarschijnlijk niet!

Het was een ideale appartement, boven de slaapkamers. Echt een goed en gezellig appartement.

Alles was goed verzorgd en de ligging was perfect. Dicht bij dorp en strand.

Hele fijne vakantie met onze baby gehad!

Locatie perfect voor deze kant van het eiland! Heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad van het hotel! Appartement met veel ruimte!

Matige accommodatie.

Appartement had slechte bedden, er lag erg veel serviesgoed en keukenspullen waardoor er weinig opbergruimte was. Douche had weinig waterdruk, het aangesloten fletcher hotel was ook erg slecht onderhouden.
