Description

A 3 room apartment in Ostrea covers approximately 85 square meters. The apartments radiate warmth and security through the use of calming, natural tones and materials. Combined with the luxurious decoration, this is undoubtedly a wonderful base for relaxation. Each apartment comes with all modern appliances as standard to help you with household chores so that you can spend your free time as pleasant as possible. The contemporary kitchen is professionally equipped, including a microwave, ceramic hob and grill oven. You can also use the launderette which is located on the ground floor next to the Lounge. You will also not lack other comfort. The apartments have a beautiful bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, a spacious living room and a large terrace or balcony with a view of the forest, dunes or the sea. For families with small children, there are additional facilities, such as high chairs and cots, if desired. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two single beds with duvets.

das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht für mich

Alles war sauber, Mitarbeiterin sofort erreichbar und freundlich, neues Bad und Betten und Sofas - der Rest aber aus den 80er Jahren von der Deko bis zum verrosteten Geschirrspüler, auch wenn er einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Die Lage der Anlage super (nah zum Strand und Dorf Nes), nahezu leer und damit sehr ruhig, nur die Hasen und Fasane vor der Terrasse - aber für uns zu viel 80er Charme - da stimmt für mich nicht das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Großzügiger Schnitt der Wohnung. Zwei Sofas fand ich auch sehr schön. Gut mit 4 Personen zu bewohnen. Ich habe erkannt, dass solche Wohnanlagen nichts für mich sind.

Kann man machen

Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wohnlich. Es war soweit alles da, was man so braucht. Sehr strand- und ortsnah. Toller Blick auf die Dünen. Nette Gastgeberin. Auf dem Balkon lagen leider massenhaft tote Fliegen. Die Bettwäsche war nass. Die Energiepreispauschale von 10€ pro Tag reichte aufgrund der alten stromfressenden Heizkörper nicht aus. Wir mussten 110€ nachzahlen trotz sparsamen Verbrauchs.

Het was een leuke en comfortabele appartement.

Een mooi schoon appartement, op een mooie locatie om zowel te voet als op de fiets erop uit te gaan. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wiederholenswert

Die Wohnung war angenehm groß und sauber. Der Wohn- und Küchenbereich renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer waren von der Einrichtung älter. Wir können uns gut vorstellen die Wohnung nochmals zu mieten, da die Lage mehr als genial ist, wenn man die Nähe zum Strand mag. Fußläufig max.5 Minuten und mit dem Rad nach NES ist man auch schnell.

Sehr tolle Wohnung

Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. In der Anlage ein tolles Miteinander und trotz der Größe ruhig.

Die Lage der Anlage ist optimal. Alles ist Fussläufig erreichbar

Leider ist bei der Buchung des Apartments über VVV Ameland nicht ersichtlich welches Apartment man konkret bekommt. Die verwendeten Bilder auf VVV Ameland entsprechen nicht der gebuchten Wohnung. Wir hatten ein Apartment im 1.OG und die Räume (BAD, Schlafzimmer, Toilette) sind im unteren Teil der Wohnung. Die Wohnküche im oberen Teil ist über eine steile Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Für ältere oder gebrechliche Menschen eine echte Herausforderung. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung 8, die wir bekommen haben in einem ordentlichen Zustand.

Voor herhaling vatbaar, een volwaardig fijn appartement voor een fijne vakantie.

De ligging was perfect, fijn ingedeeld appartement met meer dan voldoende bergruimte. Volledig uitgeruste keuken en gescheiden woon en slaapruimte. We hebben ons erg vermaakt op het eiland, ook vanwege de fijne accommodatie en locatie.

Es war sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Weitere Fragen wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet.

The Ostrea apartment complex is located in the middle of the dunes, less than 200 meters from the beach. But at the same time, Nes, the largest town on the island, is a stone's throw away. So you have the best of both worlds within your reach. Because Nes is the place that has the most to offer. You will find cozy terraces, nice bars, attractive restaurants and you can of course also shop extensively.

At this Ostrea 3 room apartment, rental of bed linen (and towels) is obligatory.

Pets are only allowed on request (€ 3.50 per night) in a few apartments. If you wish to bring a dog, booking is only possible by telephone or e-mail.

A deposit of € 100 must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Between May 1 and October 1 2024, the costs of energy are included in the rent. If you use the apartment between October 1, 2023 and May 1, 2024 and between October 1, 2024 and May 1, 2025, the rental price includes € 10 electricity costs per day. With a higher consumption (based on current energy prices) € 0.60 per kWh will be charged.
