Description

'Bont zandoogje' is a 2-person studio apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. Modernly furnished with a new kitchen with all conveniences, such as a dishwasher and microwave oven.

To tailor the stay to your wishes, there are various options that can be booked:
1) Breakfast: You can enjoy the unlimited breakfast buffet in the breakfast room, courtyard garden or private terrace. For €14.50 p.p. (children 0 to 3 years free of charge and 4 to 12 years €7.50), you really get a holiday feeling with the extensive breakfast buffet with tasty regional products. We can tailor the breakfast to your dietary requirements. From 8.15 am to 10.30 am we are ready for you with warm sandwiches and various delicacies.

2) Housekeeping during the entire stay: 30 minutes per day. Vacuuming and mopping the floor, tidying the beds, emptying garbage bags, cleaning sanitary facilities, cleaning tables, 1 toilet roll, 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 sets of towels.

Not on the day of arrival, on the day of departure no new towels but the lazy checkout package. You leave the apartment without cleaning. The bed linen will be removed from the beds, refrigerator emptied, vacuuming, garbage disposal, dishwasher empty. If you would like a made bed on arrival, please tick this option. Costs: €30,- per day.

3) Lazy checkout: Before checking out, the rule is that you clean up the apartment (see also the rules for checking out). If you are not able to do this, please book the lazy check out. In that case, we will ensure that your bed linen is removed, the garbage taken away and the dishes done. You only need to take your suitcase back with you. Costs: €37.50.

4) Welcome package: Red wine, fruit juice, various nuts and cheese. Costs: €30,-

5) Beds made on arrival: Costs €9.50 per bed.

6) Cot with bed linen. Costs €10 per bed for the entire stay.

7) High chair: Free of charge.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich! Sie waren sehr gut organisiert, stets sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Man ist mitten in Nes. Gleichzeitig kann man in etwa 10 Minuten den Strand erreichen. Außerdem gibt es Fahrradständer, eine Waschmaschine, die man kostenlos nutzen kann, eine Sauna sowie mehrere Grills. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Appartement buchen.

Sehr einladend und gastfreundlich. Empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück war optimal und zufriedenstellend. Alles was man braucht und lecker zudem. Die Unterkunft war wunderbar und sehr sauber . Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und das Angebot des Hauses war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Our holiday homes are located on the edge of the village of Nes, which is centrally located on Ameland. The center of Nes is within a few minutes walking distance from the ferry port, the bakery, the attractive restaurants and picturesque shops. De Vlindertuin is located on a quiet court and has a spacious courtyard with playground equipment, ideal for enjoying a good book or relaxing. The forest, mudflats and beach and recreation area De Vleyen is nearby, there is plenty to do for you and the children. There is ample parking space near our entrance at Polderweg 2.
