Description

Koningspage is a six-person apartment.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. The interior is modern and the large kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, freezer and microwave oven. There is a separate WC in the apartment. The bathroom contains a bath, a separate shower and a second toilet. There are two bedrooms. One with two beds and the other bedroom has two bunk beds. The apartment has a spacious terrace.

To tailor the stay to your wishes, there are various options that can be booked:
1) Breakfast: You can enjoy the unlimited breakfast buffet in the breakfast room, courtyard garden or private terrace. For €14.50 p.p. (children 0 to 3 years free of charge and 4 to 12 years €7.50), you really get a holiday feeling with the extensive breakfast buffet with tasty regional products. We can tailor the breakfast to your dietary requirements. From 8.15 am to 10.30 am we are ready for you with warm sandwiches and various delicacies.

2) Housekeeping during the entire stay: 30 minutes per day. Vacuuming and mopping the floor, tidying the beds, emptying garbage bags, cleaning sanitary facilities, cleaning tables, 1 toilet roll, 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 sets of towels.

Not on the day of arrival, on the day of departure no new towels but the lazy checkout package. You leave the apartment without cleaning. The bed linen will be removed from the beds, refrigerator emptied, vacuuming, garbage disposal, dishwasher empty. If you would like a made bed on arrival, please tick this option. Costs: €45,- per day.

3) Lazy checkout: Before checking out, the rule is that you clean up the apartment (see also the rules for checking out). If you are not able to do this, please book the lazy check out. In that case, we will ensure that your bed linen is removed, the garbage taken away and the dishes done. You only need to take your suitcase back with you. Costs: €37.50.

4) Welcome package: Red wine, fruit juice, various nuts and cheese. Costs: €30,-

5) Beds made on arrival: Costs €9.50 per bed.

6) Cot with bed linen. Costs €10 per bed for the entire stay.

7) High chair: Free of charge.

Saubere Unterkunft mit ausreichendem Platz und mit freundlichem Personal.

Helle, freundliche Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Bad und alle Zimmer waren sauber. Es waren waren viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder vorhanden ob für draußen, aber auch für drinnen (Brettspiele, Klettergerüst, Sandkasten,Kinderfuhrpark) auch gemütliche Sitzecken für die Erwachsenen luden zum Verweilen ein. Parkplätze für Autos waren in der Nähe und für Fahrräder direkt auf dem Hof mit Ladestationen. Es gab auch deutsche Fernsehsender und frei W-LAN. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zu Frieden. Und wir werden wieder kommen.

Location

Our holiday homes are located on the edge of the village of Nes, which is centrally located on Ameland. The center of Nes is within a few minutes walking distance from the ferry port, the bakery, the attractive restaurants and picturesque shops. De Vlindertuin is located on a quiet court and has a spacious courtyard with playground equipment, ideal for enjoying a good book or relaxing. The forest, mudflats and beach and recreation area De Vleyen is nearby, there is plenty to do for you and the children. There is ample parking space near our entrance at Polderweg 2.
