Description

Holiday home Over 't Wad is a spacious, modern and very comfortable detached holiday home. The house stands on a large private property and is sheltered. With no less than 6 bedrooms, this unique Swedish house is suitable for family and groups of up to 12 people. Because of the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor, the holiday home is also suitable for people with limited mobility.

Interior of the house: On the ground floor is the living room with a spacious sitting area, large dining table and bar. There are patio doors to the veranda and garden. There is a semi-open kitchen with a 5-burner stove, electric oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a shower and toilet and a storage room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a sofa. There is also a TV with game console in this room. On the first floor there is also a large bathroom with a bath, (rain) shower, sink and toilet.

The house has a semi-covered veranda and sheltered garden on the south. There is parking on site.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und der Garten eine tolle Option!

Die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer könnte angenehmer sein. Besonders gut haben uns die schönen Gemälde und Bilder gefallen.

Passt Alles, schöne Unterkunft.

Das Highlight ist der große 5 Flammen-Gasherd mit ausreichend großen Töpfen/Pfannen. Viel Platz, ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, großer Tisch.

Het was een fijn, groot huis. Een nadeel was dat het erg gehorig was.voor de mensen die boven sliepen. Verder miste ik een aanwijzing waar we een vuilcontainer konden vinden voor de vuilniszak.

Tolles Haus!

Ein tolles Haus mit 6 geräumigen Schlafzimmern, einem schönen großen gemütlichen Wohn-/Essraum mit genug Platz für alle. Ein großer eingezäunter Garten, ideal für kleinere Kinder oder Hunde. Die Lage an der Straße ist okay, genau gegenüber geht es in den Nesser Wald und von da aus ist man schnell am Strand. Hinter dem Haus liegt das Naturschutzgebiet „De Vleyen“, durch das man auf nette Art zum Dörfchen Nes laufen kann. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Ruim, sfeervol en gezellig ingericht huis

Prachtig huis met een grote omheinde tuin zodat we onze hond en onze kleinzoon met een gerust hart buiten konden laten spelen. Het is een locatie waar je graag nog een 2e keer naar toe zou gaan!

Renovierungsbedürtiges Haus mit schönen Garten. Mängelliste : Dreckiges Geschirr Undichter Wasserkocher Dreckige Matratzen Defekter Spiegel im Bad Küchenschränke ohne Verkleidung oder Lack Fußleisten defekt /Renovierungsbedürftig Nach Rücksprache dieser Seite gibt es keine Einigung. Schade.

We gaan elk jaar in maart naar ameland en wat mij betreft volgend jaar weer op deze locatie

Kinderen konden fijn spelen en makkelijk in het oog te houden, veel keukengerei en schoon
