Description

Villa Herja is wonderfully situated in the dune area. The living room has an area of approximately 45 m² and an open kitchen. You can reach the terrace from the living room.
The living room has a gas fireplace, TV, radio and a CD player.

There are three bedrooms, two on the 1st floor and one on the ground floor. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and one bedroom has 2 single beds. The bedroom on the ground floor has its own shower and bath and access to the terrace. There is a toilet in the hall. On the first floor is an extra bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

In the basement there is a sauna with shower and toilet and a room with table tennis. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and a dishwasher.

Your car can be parked on site. Extra: cot, high chair, playpen, washing machine and dryer, wireless internet.

Wohlfühlhaus für 6 Perdone

Story mit Happy End Am Anreisetag 29.12 fiel die Heizung komplett aus - das serviceteam. Margriet en Bianca hat umgehend reagiert und eine Firma beauftragt, die am gleichen Tag eine komplette neue Heizung bis 23:00 eingebaut hat-in Deutschland hätte das bis Ostern gedauert Leider war durch die lange Regenzeit Grundwasser in die Kellerräume gekommen ,sodass Sauna, Solarium und Tischtennis Raum nicht nutzbar Das serviceteam hat und umgehend einen angemessenen Nachlass angeboten- Das übrige Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung und bietet wohnlichen Komfort für bis zu 6 Personen -wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmal - wenn alles im Keller saniert ist

Fantastische villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, op een heerlijk rustige locatie.

Vanaf het ophalen van de sleutel liep alles heel erg soepel. De villa zag er keurig uit en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Lekker ruim, 2 badkamers, mooi terras met grote fatel en lekkere stoelen met kussens. We hebben genoten van de sauna. Fijn dat het strand zo dichtbij was.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

De locatie is prachtig, dichtbij strand. Groot huis, goede bedden, leuke sauna. Genoeg serviesgoed. Echt een aanrader!

niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Heeft echt onderhoud nodig. Elektriciteitskabels draden los (gevaarlijk voor kinderen), sanitair zeer ouderwets en aan onderhoud toe. Totaal geen persoonlijk contact met wie dan ook. Moet nog steeds op de teruggave van de borg wachten.

Gerne wieder

Das sehr große Haus auf einem großen Grundstück ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Es ist nicht mehr neu, hat aber einen großen Charm. Wir haben besonders die beiden Terrassen genossen, auf denen wir uns je nach Windrichtung oder Sonnenstand aufgehalten haben. Die Lage ist super: die Wege zum Strand und zu den beiden Strandrestaurants sind kurz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

In en om het huis verschillende zitjes, en een haard binnen en buiten - een fijn huis!

Wiederholenswert

wunderschöne Lage, sehr schönes Haus, gut eingerichtet, Sauna im Keller prima. Der Vermieter hatte uns ein nettes Präsent hinterlegt. Das Haus war sauber, Bäder und Toiletten im Keller und im EG perfekt. Im Bad im Obergeschoss sollten die Armaturen erneuert werden. Leider waren die Fenster bei unserer Ankunft sehr schmutzig, die Bezüge der Sofas waren sehr fleckig. Der Filter in der Spülmaschine war offenbar seit Monaten nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Das muss bei Endreinigungskosten von 200,-- Euro nicht sein. Beim Kochgeschirr befinden sich 3 Bratpfannen, die alle nicht zu gebrauchen sind und auf den Müll gehören. Zum Glück haben wir nicht gekocht, sonst hätten wir Probleme gehabt. Fazit: Wir würden es wieder mieten, hätten aber die Erwartung, dass die beschriebenen Mängel behoben werden. Im Nachbarhaus wurden 2 Stunden vor Einzug der Mieter noch die Fenster geputzt ;-)

Herja is a detached villa for 6 people in the beautiful dune area between Nes and Buren. The beach is about 300 meters from the house and the center of the village of Nes about 2 km.

The villa is non-smoking.
