Location
The thatched villa "Zee & Zo" is located in the Ameland dunes near the Nesserbos between Nes and Buren. This luxury villa can accommodate 10-12 people and is very free, uniquely situated in an extensive dune valley of approximately 3,000 m². It is a wonderfully sunny, comfortable and spacious house for a nice get-together with your family, relatives and / or friends. Due to its optimal location, the house offers a lot of privacy, close to the sea, beach, forest and village. Because the villa is not located directly on the road, it is very suitable for small children. For the young guests there is also a lovely playground with swings, a sandpit and a trampoline (use at your own risk). Beach and forest are a 5-minute walk away.

1 Dog is allowed, it is mandatory to bring a crate.
A stay with 11 or 12 people is only possible in consultation. The surcharge for extra persons is € 150 per person per week and € 100 per person for a midweek/weekend. For the final cleaning, € 50 is charged extra for stays of more than 10 people.
Bed linen is obligatory.
