Description

The bungalow has a living room with a separate kitchen. The terrace is accessible from the living room through the garden door. On the terrace is a comfortable garden set with adjustable chairs, complete with cushions and a large parasol. There is a built-in fireplace in the sitting area, of course wood-fired. A flat screen TV, a DVD player and a microset are also available. In addition to the basic package, the TV has an extensive international channel package. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a combi-microwave.

From the living room you enter the hall, where the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the toilet are accessible. The bedrooms have box-spring beds, washbasins and a wardrobe. The master bedroom has two box springs of 80 × 200 next to each other, the other bedroom box springs of 90 × 200. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity unit. There is a toilet with hand basin and a wardrobe in the hall.

In the storage room you have access to a washing machine. A barbecue is also available. For children is a cot and a high chair.

Unterkunft ok, aber Mobiliar, Ausstattung und Heizungseinstellung gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Befriedigend, aber ich werde es nicht mehr buchen. Die Ausstattung ist recht sparsam. Möbel sind grösstenteils von Ikea (die Kleiderstange im Schrank "hängt am seidenen Faden". Es gibt keinen Backofen, nur eine kleine standalone Mikrowellenkombi. Die Matratzen im Ehebett sind sehr weich und rutschen 10cm auseinander, man versinkt in der Ritze. Heizung schaltet sich 2 Stunden nach Verlassen des Hauses ab (per Bewegungsmelder). Wenn die Maximaltemperatur von 21°C am Fühler im Wohnzimmer erreicht ist, gehen im Badezimmer und im übrigen Haus die Heizkörper aus (spätestens wenn man im WZ den Kamin befeuert, friert man im Bad), meines Erachtens gibt es im äussersten Schlafzimmer (aufgrunddessen???) auch ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Dort riecht es subtil beissend nach Essig und Schimmel und an den Aussenwänden sind Flecken und Wischspuren..... Dachte zunächst das sei vom Putzen, aber der Geruch war nach Tagen immer noch vorhanden, die anderen Räume waren ok.

Alles war sauber und die Lage ist toll. Der Kaminofen ist bei schlechtem Wetter auch sehr gemütlich.

Fijn en rustig vakantiehuis. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ruime en comfortabele bungalow in de duinen met een zonnig terras en een relatief groot terrein eromheen. We hebben genoten.

Leuk huisje op een centrale ligging binnen het park op loopafstand van zowel receptie/afhaalrestaurant als het zwembad. Ook vlakbij de duinen en het 'groene' strand

Wiederholenswert

Das Haus gefällt uns sehr gut. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war bei Ankunft nicht besonders gut. Da könnte man etwas mehr drauf achten. Ein größerer Grill wäre wünschenswert.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotential

Es war nicht alles sauber (Geschirr, Bad, Schlafzimmer=fleckige Wand, Schimmel??, Reste von Dekorationen der Vormieter hingen an der Wand). Die Lage ist gut (Strand, Spar, Restaurant) Kinderbett samt Matratze stand im Waschmaschinen- und Heizungsraum und war somit durch die Witterung leicht feucht.

Leuk huis dat bijna aan alles voldoet.

Alles was schoon en netjes , invataris heel compleet. Ligging was goed , park was goed onderhouden en met een leuk zwembad. Boek vast weer voor een 2de keer weer.

Calypso is a detached bungalow for 4 persons, is 75 m2 in size and stands on a private plot of 1100 m2, at a walking distance of 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the village of Ballum. Surrounded by vegetation, you have a lot of privacy. You can park your car next to the door. There is plenty of space for the children to play.
