Description

Dosta is a lovingly furnished thatched house with its own large plot for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) on the edge of the Ballum and Roosduinen nature reserve. The house is located in a cul-de-sac and about an 800-meter walk from the beach. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes by bike.

Ground floor:
- Entrance with wardrobe, mirror and shoe rack
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron
- Bathroom with shower/bath and double sink
- Separate toilet
- Kitchen with dishwasher and Smeg coffee maker and other Smeg kitchen appliances
- Living/dining room with cable TV and fiber optic internet

First floor: 2 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and built-in wardrobe
- Children's bedroom with pull-out bed (80x200cm or 160x200cm pulled out) and coat rack
- Storage space for suitcases and bags

Garden: Dosta has a beautiful, large garden with 4 terraces, where you can sunbathe at any time of the day. The terraces are fully equipped. They have a large teak dining table with 6 chairs, 2 teak sun loungers with cushions and a small table with chairs ideal for having coffee. Camping in the garden is not allowed.

Dosta has a parking space on site, but you can also park in front of the building.

In the immediate vicinity there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with slide and children's pool, a miniature golf course, tennis courts, a playground and various riding schools. The village of Ballum with a supermarket, restaurants, hotel and a doctor is 800 meters from the house. Because Dosta is allergy-free, pets are not allowed.
