Location
Helma is a modern and attractive, detached 6-person holiday home on a spacious plot (800 m²) that borders a beautiful nature reserve with forest and dunes at the rear, you can easily walk to the North Sea beach. Our holiday home offers you comfort, space and relaxation. Because the house is located at the end of a dead-end road and there is no car traffic, your children can play freely. Helma has two lovely sun terraces. The ideal location makes the holiday home very popular with its guests.
From the holiday home you can walk straight into the forest and dunes of the nature reserve Roosdûnen. On your way to the beach and the sea you may encounter rabbits, cows or even a deer. Enjoying nature. There are beautiful hiking trails in the area. But you can also enjoy the many cycle paths on the beautiful island by bike.
Our guests can make free use of the heated outdoor swimming pool De Schalken, open from mid-May to early September. There are also tennis courts, a launderette and crazy golf by the pool. Walking distance (200 m). The beach and the village of Ballum can be reached on foot within 15 minutes.
The bus stop is 750 meters away. Near the village of Ballum there are riding stables, where you can ride a horse on the many riding horses or the beautiful beach. And for guests who like a challenge, there is the possibility at the airport to make a wonderful scenic flight over Ameland or to make an exciting tandem or parachute jump.

Single duvets are available for all beds at Bungalow Helma. You can bring your own bed linen or you can rent it from a linen rental company on Ameland.
The changeover day is Saturday. The changeover day is flexible in the late season. Cleaning costs € 85 Surcharge in the early and late season for more than 4 people € 50.
In consultation, a pet is allowed, the surcharge for the dog is € 40.
The price includes: tea towel, towel, 2 x bath mat, dishcloth, scouring pad, two toilet rolls, two dishwasher tablets.
