Description

Waddenvilla 12 is a beautiful accommodation with four bedrooms, space for 8 people and free wifi.

Facilities in the bungalow: LCD television, DVD player, stereo system, floorheating, a beautifully landscaped garden with a patio wrapped around the house so that you can enjoy the sun and the view over the meadows all day long.

For the little ones there is a high chair and a camp bed, a playing field and a playground.

In the attic there is enough space for the children to enjoy time by themselves and where they can play.

Layout: a spacious, attractively furnished living room with a panoramic view and patio doors to the sheltered terrace.

Open kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. There is a wide range of cutlery and crockery available.

The utility room is equipped with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The ground floor has one bedroom with 2 beds, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and LCD TV. With luxury shower and washing facilities. Spacious hall with separate toilet.

On the first floor you will find a spacious landing, two large bedrooms and a central bathroom. This bathroom has 1 sink, a toilet, walk-in shower, and a bath. There is one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed and wardrobe. The other bedroom has 2 beds, LCD TV, wardrobe, and a cot.

In the attic, accessible via a fixed staircase, there is a double bed, a TV and amenities for children.

All bedrooms have box-spring beds, mosquito / fly screens and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Zeer fijn huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Modern ingericht en schoon. Super fijne ligging met mooi uitzicht. Via de VVV gehuurd en in de bevestiging staat dat de bedden opgemaakt zijn bij aankomst. Dat is niet zo. Bij navraag bij de verhuurster blijkt daarvoor extra betaald te moeten worden, maar die keuze is er niet bij het boeken. Slot werkt erg stroef, de voordeur is daardoor eigenlijk niet te gebruiken maar de andere deur wel. De bevestiging vraagt om een paar dagen voor aankomst contact op te nemen met de verhuurder over de sleuteloverdracht, maar de verhuurder claimt dat de VVV een code van de sleutelkluis mailt. Beetje onduidelijk want dat klopt niet, maar alsnog de code gekregen van de verhuurder. De schoonmaakkosten vond ik wat aan de hoge kant, maar het huis is schoon. Al met al heel fijn, maar communicatie vanuit verhuurder kan netter.

Fijne rustige groene plek net buiten centrum Hollum. Ideaal sfeervol huis voor een familieweekend.

Ruime bungalow met goede beden en vele voorzieningen

Het huis was bij aankomst voldoende schoon, de beloofde opgemaakte bedden waren er niet. De communicatie met verhuurder liet te wensen over, bv over locatie van de sleutel. Er zijn op Ameland betere alternatieven dan deze bungalow.

Schönes Haus mit allem Comfort

Alles war sauber, nur etwas unordentlich. Die Lage war ruhig und mit schöner Aussicht auf die Wiesen. Alles war mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Voor een groep, die het rustig wil hebben, is de ligging ideaal.

De ligging van de locatie is zeer praktisch, omdat het dicht bij het dorp Hollum ligt. Je kunt dus lopens je boodschappen doen. Ook de bushalte voor de deur is praktisch en in de wei is altijd wat te zien. Voor oudere mensen zijn al die schuine wanden boven niet echt handig. De handvatten van de keukenkastjes hebben een schoonmaakbeurt nodig, ze zitten vol ingedroogd vet.

Wir haben einen sehr tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut und die Einrichtung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Ich kann das Ferienhaus wirklich empfehlen.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Keuken heeft wat mankementen,zoals de deur van de koelkast en de hoekkastdeur . Maar dat deed niks af aan de vakantie. En een droogloopmat die wel onder de voordeur past

Es war hervorragend, das wird wiederholt!!!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, 1 Baby und 1 Hund und waren mit allem so zufrieden, dass wir es nur empfehlen können.

Für 6 Erwachsene super, Betten für 7&8 geht garnicht

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, neuer Anstrich wäre Toll. Geschirr ein fröhliches Sammelsurium, aber man hilft sich. Silberfischchen im Bad nicht so schön.Waren mt 8 Frauen dort Betten für Nr. 7&8 oben im Spitzboden war echt nicht ok Aber toll gelegenes Haus

The villa is located on a small, quiet park with 6 farms, each of which consists of three houses. You have wide views across the meadows towards Ballum with a view of the cows, horses, hares and beautiful meadow birds.

There is a bus stop at about 100 meters distance and the Ameland cheese farm is within walking distance.

The accommodation is 1 km from the mudflats, 600 meters from the beautiful village of Hollum, 1.5 km from the beach and 1 km from the Amelander golf course.
