General terms and conditions 'Message in a bottle' page
By sharing your story or memory for our 'Message in a bottle'page, you give us permission to:
- Publish your story, experience and photo or video on fe Flessenpost page of our website.
- Share your submission on our social media channels, such as Facebook and Instagram.
- To include your entry in our digital newsletter.
This is what we offer you:
Free publicity on our Bottle Post page, social media channels and in our newsletter.
Mention of your name with your story or experience, unless you prefer to remain anonymous. Please indicate this clearly upon submission.
General terms and conditions for submitting photos
Submission of photos for general use
You can also submit photos for general use by VVV Ameland.
These photos may be used on various channels and in expressions, such as on our websites, social media (Facebook and Instagram), brochures and in cooperation with external parties.
By submitting your photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Publication and credit:
- Submitted photos may be published without mentioning your name on the channels and expressions of VVV Ameland. In most cases, however, we will mention your name with the photo unless you indicate otherwise.
- We may give external parties, such as journalists, bloggers or partners, permission to use the photos. If you do not want this, please indicate this when submitting the photo.
Location and ownership:
- The photos submitted must have been taken on Ameland and you must own the rights to the photos. By submitting the photos, you declare that you own these rights.
Consent photographed:
- If there are persons in the photo, they must agree to the submission. Any privacy claims are the responsibility of the submitter.
Terms and conditions for all submissions
- Copyright and Ownership: By agreeing to these conditions, you declare that the material submitted (texts, photos or videos) is your property and that you give VVV Ameland permission to use it according to the conditions described above.
- Withdrawing permission: You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to foto@vvvameland.nl. Please include a direct link to the relevant submission. We will remove the material from our digital channels within 5 working days. In case of placement in a newsletter that has already been sent, we cannot remove it.
