Recycling centre
The recycling centre ("milieustraat") is mainly designed for waste which cannot be disposed of with regular household waste collection.
The recycling centre of Wadden island Ameland is open during the following opening hours:
- Monday through Thursday from 13:30 - 15:30
- Saturdays from 10:00 - 12:00
A trailer can be borrowed for free from the recycling centre, though you will need to bring your own license plate.
