What is wingfoiling?
Wingfoiling combines elements of surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. The main component is an inflatable wing that you hold in your hands while standing on a specially designed board with a foil - a kind of underwater hydrofoil. This foil lifts the board out of the water at sufficient speed, making you almost float over the waves. This gives an amazing and addictive and feeling of freedom and speed

Your introductory lesson starts on the beach at Ameland Adventure, where you will learn the basics of wingfoiling. Then we go on and take you wingsurfing on the mud flats!
