Description

This beautiful apartment on the first floor is as new and fully meets the requirements of today. It is suitable for 4 people but there is also an extra small wooden bed 80x170 and a cot.

The living room has a sliding door to the balcony where you can enjoy the sun from 1 pm, including two lounge chairs and a modern patio set. There is a new very hygienic carpet, sufficient reading light and a beautiful HD TV with WIFI and a DVD player, a docking station to use your MP3 player, IPhone or IPad. WIFI is of course available for free. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Senseo machine and a coffee maker, a blender, a wok, a fridge / freezer, a combination microwave. And of course ample crockery. The room has a spacious dining table, a lovely sofa, the whole exudes a peaceful atmosphere.

We offer you an apartment with 2 bedrooms on a higher floor, of which the master bedroom has a box spring with 2 separate beds of 90x200 and the smaller bedroom a sturdy bunk bed of 90x200, a wooden bed of 80x170 (!) And a camping bed for the the smallest with a firm mattress and molton 60x120. The bedrooms have been freshly painted, have full length mirrors and wardrobes and curtains.

The bathroom is modern; a generous shower room with a normal shower and a rain shower. A hair dryer is provided.
There is a stair gate in front of the stairs.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Apartment (Nr. 63) im Apartmentkomplex Amelander Kaap. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Betten (Boxspringbetten) sind sehr gut. Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Angenehm überrascht waren wir, dass zur Wohnung auch zwei Fahrräder gehörten, die wir nutzen konnten, sowie die kostenfreie Nutzung des Schwimmbades.

Die steile Wendeltreppe fanden wir schwierig (Hund), ansonsten hat uns die Unterkunft gut gefallen!

Sehr gute Ausstattung

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist nicht besonders gut. Jedoch die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung müsste mal renoviert werden. Der Teppichboden ist auch im schlechtem Zustand, ein Austausch erforderlich. Die Größe der Ferienwohnung voll in Ordnung. Wir würden wieder kommen jedoch vielleicht in einer anderen Wohnung. Draußen rundum könnte die Anlage ebenfalls mehr Pflege gebrauchen.

Gaan we zeker nog eens doen

Verhuurder had aangegeven dat we aan konden geven met welke boot we aankwamen. Dat had ik gedaan, en ik kreeg bericht dat we meteen in het huisje konden. Ook al was het nog niet het tijdstip dat we er in zouden mogen kunnen. Ook kreeg ik bericht dat de sleutels klaar lagen in het huisje, zodat we ze niet nog ergens op hoefden te halen. Dit vind ik goede service.

Een prima accomodatie!! We voelden ons helemaal thuis. Alles wat we nofig hadden was aanwezig, dus grote kans dat we terugkomen!

Net, gezellig appartement. De kinderen vonden het er geweldig!

Veel servies voorradig, schoon, zakje met afwasmiddelen werd erg op prijs gesteld! Komt heel gastvrij over.

Heel fijne plek voor korte vakantie op Ameland.

Heel comfortabel en compleet uitgerust appartement. Perfect voor twee volwassenen (en eventueel twee kinderen, voor vier volwassenen vinden wij het te klein). Het was er heerlijk rustig, we hebben genoten van een heel fijne week op Ameland.
