The apartment is located on the top floor and consists of two floors.

On the first floor is the living room with television, open kitchen including coffee machine (coffee beans are available), refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher and oven.

There is a modern, sleek bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor. With us you will sleep on brand new Pure Nature and only box springs and mattresses made of eco-friendly materials! There is also a second toilet on the second floor.

On the west side of the apartment is a roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun at the spacious picnic table.

Lekker centraal

Heerlijke plek voor de winter, als het toch wel handig is dichtbij voorzieningen te zitten. Ruim appartement voor vier personen. Leuk om voor het raam te zitten en de winkelstraat te bekijken.

Perfekte Lage!

Es ist für alles gesorgt in der Unterkunft. Wenn man nach einem "Fehler" suchen möchte, wären es nur die fehlenden Eierbecher fürs Frühstücksei, also jammern auf hohem Niveau. Perfekt.

Leuk plekje!

Wij hebben 5 dagen verbleven in dit leuke appartement boven de viszaak in Nes! Het appartement bied veel comfort en heeft een ruim dakterras. Het leven in het dorp is super leuk/gezellig! Je wandelt naar beneden voor een drankje, visje of een heerlijk gebakje bij bakkerij de Jong.

Ruim appartement op toplocatie

De locatie was recht boven de start van de Ameland adventurerun. Echt fantastisch! Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Het appartement was te bereiken via de buitentrappen.

Mooi en centraal appartement

Fijn vertoeven in dit keurige appartement. De bedden slapen fantastisch en we hebben genoten van de houtkachel. 1 minpuntje: de eettafel is iets te klein voor 4 volwassenen. We komen vast nog eens terug!

Lekker plekje centraal op het eiland.

We hebben echt genoten. De bedden waren al opgemaakt en sliepen heerlijk. Mooie badkamer. Het was mooi schoon, wat ook wel mag voor €70,= schoonmaakkosten.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit großem Badezimmer und großer Dachterrasse. Trotz der Lage direkt über dem Fischimbiss, keine Geruchsbelästigung oder Lärmbelästigung. Top Lage, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kneipen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Bij aankomst in dit smaakvolle appartement waren de bedden al opgemaakt, wat heerlijk!

Prachtig ingericht en ruim appartement op een top locatie, alleen jammer dat je de viswinkel in het appartement ruikt.

Mein zweites Zuhause, seit ca. 30 Jahren.Fahren in der 4.Generation auf die Insel. Haben bereits Trauerfeiern, Hochzeiten, Geburtstage und andere Events dort gefeiert. Immer wieder schön dort.

Sehr schöne,moderne und gepflegte Einrichtung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir (2x Erwachsene, Kinder 1 Jahr und 3 Jahre) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würde sofort wiederkommen. Wir hatten Bedenken wegen der Lautstärke, aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen in den tollen Betten. Der Aufstieg über die Treppe mit einem Kinderwagen ist machbar aber durchaus anstrengend. Das sollte man bedenken wenn man mit Kindern reist.

Fijne locatie op top locatie

Alleen telefonisch contact bij aankomst, geen persoonlijk welkom. Of we de vaatwasser even willen uitpakken, staat nog aan waarschijnlijk en ook nog € 70,= schoonmaakkosten achterlaten.

Schoon appartement

Mooi en schoon appartement op een goede locatie,zowel bij aankomst als vertrek geen gastvrouw gezien.Bij aankomst Ameland telefonisch contact gehad over de sleutel,verstopt onder bloempot.Wij hadden geen idee waar we de ingang van het appartement konden vinden.Bij binnenkomst was het wel leuk geweest om een welkomstkaartje of iets dergelijks te ontvangen,we vonden het erg onpersoonlijk.Nog 1 groot minpunt dat je bij mooi weer niet op dakterras kunt zitten,zelfs de achterdeur kun je niet openzetten ivm bak/vislucht van de viswinkel onder het appartement.

Mehr als positiv überrascht von dieser heimeligen Wohnung

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Wohnung und waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert! Begonnen mit sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern bis hin zu toller Ausstattung; die Wohnung ist unheimlich gemütlich. Trotz der „Zugangsbarriere“ über eine Außentreppe haben wir uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und haben direkt wieder gebucht! Besonders das kuschelige Fenster hat es uns angetan

Apartment Hart-je-nes is a modern and brightly furnished apartment for 4 people in a unique location. In the heart of Nes, the center of the island. The total renovation was completed in March 2017. The apartment is located above a restaurant but is isolated in such a way that there is no disturbance at all. From the living room you have a view of the shopping street.
