Description

The Golfvilla 39 wellness is a modern and comfortably furnished bungalow for 6 guests with a view over the golf course.
There is a wood-fired hot tub in the garden (this can be booked separately), which you have to operate yourself.

The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, one with a private shower. The bedrooms each have 2 single box-spring beds.
The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and bath.
In the living room, the octagonal shape creates a cozy and spacious feeling. The comfortable sitting area is arranged around the fireplace.
The living space is very light due to the windows all around, the skylight and the large sliding door.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso and kettle.

There is a spacious enclosed garden with patio furniture and an unobstructed view of the golf course.

Gerne wieder

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Lediglich die Zubuchung des Hottub war für uns umsonst, da uns nicht klar war, diesen selbst aufheizen zu müssen. Er war auch nicht innerhalb von 2 Stunden warm genug um ihn zu nutzen, wie man uns sagte. Entsprechend haben wir lieber die Zeit auf der Insel genutzt, anstatt den Hottub zu heizen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Parc Koudenburg is small-scale, pleasant and ideally located on the golf course and a beautiful nature and dune area. Near the beach, the dunes, the lighthouse and the picturesque village of Hollum, with its cozy cafes and restaurants.

The villa's at Parc Koudenburg are perfectly located between a golf course and dunes, and are close to the sea.

The Dune Chalets are located in the vicinity of the playground and the central building with its facilities.
