We love that you share your photo(s) of Ameland on Instagram!
If you post your own photo publicly on your social media account with the hashtag #vvvameland, we might like to use your photo on our channels to inspire others. Before we use your photo, we will first ask you for permission via an Instagram comment. By commenting with #YesVVVAmeland and @vvvameland, you give us permission to:
- Place your photo under #getinspired on our VVV-Ameland homepage and possibly on subpages of our website
- Post your photo under #waddeninspiratie on the Wadden.nl website and possibly on subpages of this website
- Share your photo on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)

Publish your photo in our digital newsletter
This is what you get from us:
- Free publicity under #getinspired on our homepage and any subpages, on our social media channels and in our newsletter

- Account mention of the photographer
- The possibility to withdraw your permission at any time
Ownership:
By agreeing to these terms, you declare that the image is your property.
Credits:
When sharing the photo, we always mention your account name. Is this not the case with your image? Send an e-mail to webmanager@vvvameland.nl. Tell us on which (web) page you found your image and what your account name is, and we will publish the credit as soon as possible and at the latest within 5 days.
Withdrawing consent
Have you changed your mind and want to withdraw your consent? Then send an email to webmanager@vvvameland.nl and share a direct link to the image. We will ensure that the image is removed from our digital channels as soon as possible, but within 5 days at the latest. If we have placed your image in our newsletter, we can no longer remove the image from the sent newsletter.
